The cm.build.ing planning office is an architecture and engineering office that plans projects nationally and internationally and accompanies their realization. We provide our clients with optimal and holistic advice on large-scale industrial projects and commercial buildings in the fields of architecture. Innovative ideas embedded in proven processes are implemented in a specialized office at all levels by a flexible, international team.

You bring with you:

• A degree in architecture
• Approx. 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of industrial and administrative construction
• Experience in team management
• Software knowledge in Revit, AutoCAD, Office, Adobe Suite
• Distinct team and communication skills as well as a structured and accurate way of working
• Good to very good knowledge of German and English
• Openness towards other cultures

Your tasks with us:

• Design, approval, execution and detail planning
• Tendering and awarding of architectural and engineering services as well as their coordination and control
• Your tasks will include the preparation of planning services in accordance with HOAI (LPH 1-9) in the areas of new construction, conversion, extension, renovation and modernization that are in line with the budget, quality and schedule.
• Within the scope of our architectural projects, you will be responsible for safeguarding the interests of the client/owner representation and will plan, coordinate and negotiate with specialist engineers as well as authorities in all service phases of the HOAI.
• Developing solutions for new construction, maintenance and remodeling projects as well as feasibility studies including qualitative cost and schedule planning.
• Further development of BIM and model-based project management
• Development of internal BIM standards and guidelines, tools and methods
• Independent execution of feasibility studies, basic investigations and preliminary planning as well as participation in awarding contracts
